E230 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the full Terms and Conditions governing the use of the e230 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the e230 platform via our website or mobile app, you automatically agree to fully comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the e230 platform.
These terms form a legal and binding agreement between you (the "User") and e230 (the "Platform"). Acceptance of these terms begins the moment you first access our platform, even before account registration is complete. Continued use after any term changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
E230 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version of the terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To fully use e230 platform services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is allowed only one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without compensation.
During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian phone number. e230 reserves the right to verify user identities at any time, which may include requesting valid identification documents.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact e230 support immediately at [email protected]. e230 is not liable for losses resulting from another party’s use of your account due to your own negligence.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As an e230 user, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes according to applicable Malaysian law. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage e230 systems or infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain unfair advantage in games.
- Registering using fake identities or using others’ information without permission.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through illicit means, including creating multiple accounts for this purpose.
- Spreading harmful, defamatory, or illegal content via our platform.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts, freezing of account balances, and e230 reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the e230 platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and prize payments, are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). e230 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency exchanges required are the sole responsibility of the user with all related costs borne by the user.
Deposits to e230 accounts can be made through approved payment methods including FPX (online banking), Boost, and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may change according to current policies. e230 reserves the right to refuse or delay any deposits suspected of fraud or non-compliance with platform policies.
Fund withdrawals from e230 accounts are subject to the following conditions: identity verification must be completed, no active wagering requirements remain, the account must be active and not suspended, and the minimum withdrawal amount must be met. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method. e230 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial service providers.
E230 reserves the right to freeze or withhold payments temporarily pending investigation if there is suspicion of illegal activity. Users will be notified via their registered email about any such actions.
5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
E230 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Temporary Suspension May be carried out during investigations of suspected term violations, unresolved identity verification requests, or suspected account security issues.
- Permanent Closure applies when proven fraud, multi-account abuse, game manipulation, or other serious term violations occur.
- Voluntary Closure can be requested by users themselves by contacting e230 support. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met.
In cases of account closure due to terms violations, e230 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus balances and winnings obtained through breaches of the terms. e230’s decision in such matters is final.
6. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Final Terms
Liability Limits: e230 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of this platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or game outcomes. e230’s maximum liability for any claims is limited to the amount deposited by the user within thirty days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property: All content on the e230 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software codes, and brand names, are the exclusive property of e230 and protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any e230 content for commercial purposes without written permission from e230.
Third-Party Links: The e230 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. e230 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is at the user’s own risk.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. The official language for all legal communications is Malay or English.
